Job Requirement :
- Male – Min 40 yo & Max 50 yo
- Min Bachelor Degree any major
- Having experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Warehouse as Warehouse Manager at least 8 years with proven track record of success
- Clear understanding of logistic, warehouse, & inventory management system
- Having excellent skills in communication, leadership, analytical thinking & problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Japanese skill is advantage)
- Passionate in delivering results and working in fast pace company environment
- Proven experience in leadership skill and managing stakeholder groups across the business
- Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
- Overcoming warehouse problems, logistics system, and customer issues
- Helping in the set up layout processing & ensure efficient space utilization
- Enhance work environment to promote and drive employee engagement and team effectiveness
- Conduct annual performance appraisals and provide staff feedback regarding strengths, areas for improvements and development opportunities
- Making reports and analysis of warehouse performance
- Improving activity in the warehouse, including for forecasting
- Managing all resources for warehouse & transportation activity including people, vehicle, equipment, and warehouse’s asset
- Organizing, coordinating, and supervising all subordinate task to fit with the company’s SOP
2. Finance & Accounting Manager
Job Requirement :
- Female – Min 30 yo & Max 45 yo,
- Min Bachelor Degree in Accounting major,
- Having experience as Finance Accounting Manager at least 6 years of working include experience in finance operations (either accounts payable or accounts receivable functions), risk control or Finance functions with some experience at management level.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
- Having excellent skills in communication, leadership, analytical thinking & problem solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Japanese skill is advantage)
- Familiar with CPA and Audit background knowledge & compliance in financial & accounting management and internal control
- Proven experience in leadership skill and managing stakeholder groups across the business
- Solid problem solving, decision making and conflict management skills
- Provide report and analyse the company’s financial performance to support management decision making
- Motivate management accounting/nominal ledger team to take further responsibility for accounts input and preparation processes, and ensure career development in a supportive manner.
- Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
- Coordination with the various operations and support units to ensure timely and accurate data is available for the preparation of financial information for internal and external reporting
- Review reconciliations of all significant account balances including bank accounts (daily) and fixed assets, debtors and creditors (monthly), Tax and report significant exceptions to management
- Understand key concepts of tax returns (i.e. corporate income tax, withholding tax and indirect taxes) in foreign jurisdictions where the company has legal presence
- Provide tax team with accurate information for the purpose of tax compliance in local and foreign jurisdictions
- Manage and implement Company’s initiatives and projects from finance and accounting perspective. This includes providing requirements, designing and performing UAT, designing new workflow, monitoring post-go-live processes, and troubleshooting
