1. Team Member
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES DESCRIPTION OF THE ACTIVITIES & SCOPE OF AUTHORITY & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Produces Steel cord accordance with production planning and VSOP 1. Interpreting production planning by change over schedule to machine set up planning and refer to lot schedule to I/O completion planning;
- Way of working refer to the latest VSOP
- Inspect incoming material from warehouse to ensure acceptable quality product 1. Inspect incoming raw and packing material from warehouse based on visual appearance to ensure acceptable quality product
- Give feedback to warehouse for non-conformance quality or quantity of material received
- Product quality inspection from physical appearance for every individual spool 1. Allowed to reject spool if the spool didn't meet Bekaert's quality specifications
- Pack finish product based on the customer box label and I/O 1. Collecting spool
- Make sure the spools used are correct according to customers' specification and then pack finish goods
- Prepare lab sample based on the sequence from I/O 1. Make sure samples taken have good quality and correct both by construction and from the correct machine
- Comply and support plant's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) regulations 1. Support and implement EHS regulations and behavior, inside and outside of the plant
- Also have the obligation to remind each and every member of PTBI to perform behavior that concerns about EHS.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
- Technical Senior High School or same level
- Have received training about production, machine, and Bekaert's quality policy
- Have 1 year experience in WWD/BUL
2. Operator Forklift
AUTHORITY & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
Performance indicators : All boxes recorded in SAP and Files, No quaityAUTHORITY & PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
- Load Boxes to Wingbox 1. Do Quality check packing before loading
- Load the box to the truck or container
- Stacking Box on Line 1. Store boxes in bins according to SAP data
- Check the quality of boxes before and when they are stacked in the bin
- Transfer Box to Other Warehouse 1. Transfer box to the other warehouse according to the group leader schedule
- Ensure the quality of the box that transferred to the external warehouse

- Warehouse Management 1. Do 5S
- Record actual storage bin conditions
- Operate forklifts and reach trucks

Essential Skills & Competencies
Essential Skills & Competencies
- Hold a Senior Technical High School with 3 years experience in production
- Able to drive a Forklift
- Good knowledge of the loading and unloading process
3. Operator Maintenance
Purpose and Mission
- Responsible for responsible for the hands-on maintenance, repair, and installation of systems and equipment. Executing maintenance in accordance with maintenance standard procedures.
- Routine Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubrication, cleaning, and minor adjustments.
- Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues.
- Repairs: Assist in basic repairs and troubleshooting under the guidance of a maintenance technician.
- Preventive Maintenance: Follow preventive maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues to the maintenance technician.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
- Support: Provide support to the maintenance technician during complex repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical Skills: Repairing machinery used in production.
- Electrical Skills: Troubleshooting electrical systems.
- Welding Skills: Fabricating and repairing metal components.
- Hydraulic Systems: Understanding hydraulic machinery.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conducting routine inspections.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpreting technical drawings.
